Night Senior Support Worker – Deal
Salary from: £12.98 per hour
An opportunity has arisen for full / Part time Night Senior Support Workers in Deal.
You will be working in a friendly environment where teamwork and individual support are high priorities. You will supervise, motivate and support Support Workers on the night shift and ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care for all residents, both individually and in groups.
You will also work with the nurse on shift to administer medication in line with policy, while maintaining accurate records; and ensure night checks and duties are carried out over the duration of the shift to an agreed standard and that all employees remain awake at all times.

An NVQ3 or equivalent in Care would be an advantage along with a good understanding of our client group and previous experience in activity co-ordination and implementation.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and to be able to delegate and give clear instruction is vital for the role.
