Blooming marvellous
Those wonderful people at Blooming Green in Linton are raising money for Martha Trust. Jen and Bek are florists who specialise in growing their own eco-friendly and organic flowers to create stunning, bespoke bouquets for every occasion.
Based in the middle of a fruit farm near Maidstone in Kent, they also hold pick-you-own days and courses on the creative art of flower arranging.
This year, Blooming Green’s open days will be held in aid of Martha. You’ll be able to pick your own flowers, sample some seasonal goodies, watch demonstrations and treat yourself to products for the home and larder. Entry is free and there are even activities for the children so take the family along.
Unfortunately, the poor weather has meant the Spring Open Day has had to be cancelled but the Summer and Autumn Open Days are on Sunday 7th July and Saturday 21st September
