Full/Part Time Registered Nurse – Hastings

Salary currently from £19.16 per hour, rising to £20.54 from April 2025.

Night rate is currently £19.62 per hour, rising to £21.03 from April 2025.

Weekends attract a 50p per hour incentive (This applies to late shifts on a Friday, all the way through to the night shift on a Sunday).

Overtime is payable after the full-time equivalent has been worked, at time and a half. Enhanced rates are paid for bank holidays.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Nurses who want to make a difference by joining our team and supporting adults with profound disabilities at our home in Hastings.

Due to current flexible working agreements, mainly night shifts are required, however, some days will be available to cover annual leave and sickness. Flexibility is also required to enable attendance at training and team meetings during the day.

We need enthusiastic people, who share our values and hold excellent clinical skills with real drive to promote the health and social wellbeing of our residents through delivering person centred care.

You will be a qualified nurse, with a current registration. You will be expected to take responsibility for leading, motivating, supporting, and supervising a team of support workers in a busy and vibrant home environment where no two days are the same. You will be aided by Senior Support Workers on each shift and have a welcoming and supportive management team working with you to ensure that residents receive the highest levels of care.
